Welcome to Flour
Flour is a modern neighborhood restaurant and gathering place with two locations in Northeast Ohio: Flour | Moreland Hills, located on Chagrin Boulevard at SOM Center Road, and Flour | Valor Acres, located in Brecksville. Each location offers a warm, comfortable atmosphere designed for everything from family dinners and casual nights out to business meetings, celebrations, and private events.
At Flour, guests can celebrate an engagement with an exceptional bottle of wine, gather after a winning soccer game, host a business dinner, or enjoy a great meal with friends. Our restaurants feature a modern aesthetic that feels inviting, not cold, paired with thoughtful hospitality and a menu centered on handmade pastas, seasonal cuisine, and craft cocktails.
Flour is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday, with dinner service also available Monday through Saturday. Reservations are encouraged, and both locations offer private dining spaces and full-service catering for events hosted on site or off site.

Chef Paul Minnillo and Chef Matt Mytro opened Flour in 2011. For more than a decade, it has provided Northeast Ohioans with outstanding cuisine and service – both inside the restaurant and at outside catered events. Making careers of hospitality and fine dining, our passion is evident with every interaction, at every level. You’re hosted by a team excited to welcome you ‘home’ and make every occasion special.
